The deal marks Grenier's first studio film role since his breakout performance on HBO's "Entourage," in which he plays movie star and "Aquaman" topliner Vincent Chase.

Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt already have boarded the adaptation of Lauren Weisberger's best-seller, which is set at a cutthroat fashion magazine in Manhattan. Hathaway will play the assistant of a nightmare boss (Streep). Grenier has signed on to play Nate, the love interest of Hathaway's character.
