Storyline will still revolve around Perseus' journey to save the Princess Andromeda, during which he must complete various tasks set out by Zeus, including capturing Pegasus and slaying Medusa.

The 1981 "Clash" featured a high-profile cast including Laurence Olivier, Claire Bloom, Maggie Smith, Ursula Andress, Jack Gwillim and Burgess Meredith. A young Harry Hamlin starred as Perseus.
