Luke Wilson is in negotiations to star opposite Sarah Jessica Parker in Screen Gems' suspense thriller Vacancy, being produced by Hal Lieberman, says Variety.

Screen Gems has yet to tap a director; production is planned for the fall.

Script by Mark L. Smith concerns a couple who check into a motel and, unaware there's a hidden camera, become the subjects of a snuff film. Wilson would play the husband, Parker the wife.
