Deborah Reinisch has acquired the film rights and will produce and direct the pic from an adaptation penned by Greenberg. Sean Costello ("Stephanie Daley") is also producing.

A spring 2007 start date has been set, but no cast is yet aboard.

Set in 1960 and 1995, "Rain" follows a brother, sister and their childhood friend, who regroup following the death of the siblings' father, a celebrated architect.
