New Line has tapped Dax Shepard to star in and Tom Brady to direct corporate comedy THE RETREAT for Guy Walks Into a Bar partners Jon Berg and Todd Komarnicki, reports Variety.

Story centers on a thirtysomething hot dog vendor at Chicago's Wrigley Field who lands a job at a corporation, climbs the management ladder thanks to the simple wisdom he's picked up selling franks and discovers at a company retreat that he's the target of sabotage by a disgruntled employee.

Alan Cohen and Alan Freedland, who won an Emmy for "King of the Hill," penned the script.
