Aaron Stanford and Kristen Stewart have been cast in actress Mary Stuart Masterson's feature directorial debut, THE CAKE EATERS, co-starring screenwriter Jayce Bartok, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The film tells the story of Guy (Bartok), who returns to his small hometown after pursuing his dreams in the city. Stanford will play Beagle, his oddball brother who falls for a gravely ill girl named Georgia (Stewart).
