Sony Pictures Classics Takes 'Driving Lessons' PDF Print E-mail

Variety reports that Sony Pictures Classics has picked up North American rights to DRIVING LESSONS, the pic that marks the directing debut of "Mrs. Brown"-scribe Jeremy Brock.

Brock's semi-autobiographical British comedy-drama toplines Julie Walters, Rupert Grint and Laura Linney. Pic follows a struggling young poet who accepts a summer job with a former star of stage and screen, Dame Eve Walton. She whisks the boy off on a misbegotten road trip from London to Scotland.
