Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont have sold the comedic pitch 99 PROBLEMS to Joe Roth's new, unnamed company, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The high-concept comedy is described as being in the vein of "Liar Liar," in which a man wishes he could date as many women as possible before settling down, and then his life is turned upside down when the wish comes true.
The duo will begin writing "Problems" in the summer after they hand in a rewrite of "Made of Honor," which is being produced by Neal Moritz for Columbia Pictures.
