Looking to tap the lucrative Latino market, Disney has set John Leguizamo and Wilmer Valderrama to star in the family comedy SOMETHING BLUE, which Prospect Pictures will produce in association with the Collective, reports Variety.
Scribe Danielle Sanchez-Wtizel, a writer on "George Lopez," penned the script for SOMETHING BLUE. She's also a writer and co-producer of NBC's "My Name Is Earl."
Storyline revolves around a father who becomes unhinged when his first-born daughter gets engaged to a young police officer.
