Paramount Pictures has acquired the pitch ODD TODD, a comedy to be directed by Jonathan Kesselman, says Variety.

Todd Rosenberg, who originated a Web cartoon series on Comedy Central's broadband Web site, will write the comedy, about a slacker who locks himself out of his apartment on the very day his unemployment checks run out.

ODD TODD will be among the first pics developed by the Comedy Central Films banner. Mike Karz will produce.
