Matthew McConaughey and Penelope Cruz, who star in the upcoming "Sahara," will reteam this fall in The Loop, a love story scripted and to be directed by S.R. Bindler, reports Variety.Production will begin Sept. 15 on The Loop, an adaptation of a novel by Joe Coomer about a highway patrolman and loner who, after meeting a sexy librarian, is inspired to search for his long-lost parents.  | | Penelope Cruz |
