Bruce Willis has signed to his next project, 16 Blocks to be directed by Richard Donner for Millennium Films, reports Variety.
Production is slated to begin this summer in New York, and tells the story of an aging cop who escorts a high profile witness to the nearby courthouse sixteen blocks away and the adventure that takes place during their brief walk.
This will be Donner's first pic since the 2003 adaptation of Michael Crichton's time-travel drama "Timeline." Willis' latest pic, "Hostage," opens Friday through Miramax Films.
