Denzel Washington is in final negotiations to reunite with director Tony Scott and producer Jerry Bruckheimer for Touchstone's romantic thriller Deja Vu.

Washington will play an FBI agent with the ability to travel back in time. He falls in love with a woman as her murder approaches.

The trio had a success together with "Crimson Tide," the 1995 submarine thriller that grossed $159 million worldwide.
