Source: USA Today Dreamworks Animation announced today that Justin Timberlake is joining Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Antonio Banderas and real-life girlfriend Cameron Diaz in the voice cast for Shrek 3. Timberlake will play a young King Arthur, or "Artie," a rebellious high school student with no interest in being king, Shrek 3 producer Aron Warner says. It's up to Shrek, voiced by Mike Myers, to teach Artie how to act like royalty, Warner says. While you may remember in "Shrek 2" a poster of "Sir Justin" hangs in Fiona's girlhood bedroom Warner reveals "there is a baby involved" in the third installment. "In teaching Artie to be king, Shrek has to overcome his deep-seated fear of being a father." As to who's baby it is Warner says "That's all I'm going to say. We've got to leave something for a surprise." {mosgoogle} |
