Eugene Levy has been cast to star alongside Steve Martin in Cheaper By the Dozen 2, the Adam Shankman-directed comedy for 20th Century Fox.

According to Variety, Levy will play a corporate warrior whose type-A personality pits him and his eight perfect blond children against Martin and his family at an annual neighborhood competition.

Levy re-teams with Steve Martin after appearing with him in the Shankman-directed "Bringing Down the House" and "Father of the Bride II."
